Mediation Services
We offer a complimentary consultation to answer questions regarding our services and the best choice to meet your needs.
The courts of this country should not be the places where resolution of disputes begins. They should be the places where the dispute ends after alternative methods of resolving disputes have been considered and tried.

Private Mediation
Private mediations may be scheduled at your convenience and held at a neutral location or on-site at your office or company. These sessions are scheduled for a half-day (4 hours) or full-day mediation. Some circumstances may contemplate meeting on multiple days.
Virtual Mediation
If desired, online mediation may be scheduled using Zoom. This option provides the opportunity for all parties to participate from their home or office with the understanding that there is no recording and confidentiality concerns are observed.
How do I Prepare for Mediation?
Have you been invited to participate in mediation? Are you feeling uncertain about the process and how to prepare? Wondering if you need an attorney? What to bring? How long will it last? These questions are often asked by people unfamiliar with mediation as a dispute resolution process and who seek coaching to prepare for the session. It is important to feel confident to participate effectively in mediation. At Arizona Mediation Experts we review common scenarios of what to expect at your mediation to help you prepare and, if you are working with an attorney or expert, to help you collaborate with your chosen professional.
Conflict Coaching
Are you in a dispute with someone? Are you aware of your own behavior and its impact on others? Are you dealing with a difficult co-worker or family member? Through individualized sessions, you will become more aware of your behavior and how others may be responding. Conflict often breeds a reactive response to a situation because it is thought that there is no control over what is happening—the situation will never change. A proactive mindset takes action to initiate a change in the current circumstances. Self-awareness tools may help to identify areas where you feel “stuck.”
Virtual Coaching
One on one coaching sessions may be conducted by telephone or in person at a location of your choice (conference room, your office, library, coffee shop). Coaching sessions may be conducted via Zoom conferencing at your convenience.
Customized Workshops
We customize workshops to meet your individual or group needs. Such workshops may be tailored to address the benefits of mediation; negotiation skills, dealing with difficult people, mediation skills for the workplace.
